We take a deliberately different approach to IV services. Our focus is clinical integrity, safety and a calm experience, rather than high-volume or trend-driven care. All IV services are delivered by qualified, Registered Nurses with Post Graduate Certification in critical care nursing including ICU and Emergency Nursing. This means your care is supported by advanced assessment skills, vigilance and expert clinical judgement.
Some people explore IV services as part of a broader approach to supporting their general wellbeing. IV services may be considered when hydration or nutrient intake via oral routes is not ideal or at It’s optimum, or when individuals are seeking professionally supervised wellness support. These services are elective and should be viewed as complementary, not as a replacement for care from your GP or medical specialist or as treatment for disease.
IV services are not suitable for everyone. Pregnancy, some chronic medical conditions, certain medications, or complex health histories may mean IV support is not appropriate, or that additional medical clearance is required. This is why we prioritise assessment and medical review before any service is delivered and offer a complimentary phone consultation with one of our experienced Registered Nurses.
We begin with a free, no‑obligation phone call to discuss your goals, answer questions and determine whether it is appropriate to proceed.
You complete an online health history and intake form, which is reviewed by our clinical team for suitability.
Once approved by our medical team, you attend the clinic for your IV service, delivered by a Registered Nurse in a calm, monitored environment.

Niki has been a Registered Nurse for over 25 years, with her early career specialising in Critical Care Nursing. She has extensive experience across trauma, emergency departments, cardiac chest pain clinics, and intensive care, before moving into clinical research, governance, and safety leadership.
Alongside managing the IV team at Barefoot Health Co, Niki also works as a Clinical Director for a private organisation, where she oversees policy development, clinical governance, and patient safety at a senior level.
While her career has evolved, her compassion has remained constant.
